Taking a recruitment agency to a new audience

OnTalent are an Australian recruitment agency with a mission to get people into jobs that genuinely inspire them. They wanted to expand their offering into online courses, and needed a new sub-brand to better position them in the market. 

Introducing amplifi. We were approached to create a brand strategy to, well, amplify their messaging. 

The work

Our brand strategy underpinned Amplifi’s ideal target audience, helping them position their place within the industry. From there we created brand archetypes and built tone of voice guidelines, giving their team a clear, consistent direction to follow. Basically, we got to grips with their vibe, and made it easy for anyone else to understand.

We started by getting to know Amplifi and what their direction for the new brand needed to look like. From there, we dived deep into their positioning, mission, vision and values to really articulate what their audience needs from them.

Visual Identity

After this, we created a striking visual identity that brought all of that work together. You know those job ads that say ‘no recruiters’? When they look this good, you’ll want them every time.
