Cancer Support Suffolk launches new brand after 25 years service

Suffolk saw one of their longest standing cancer charities launch their rebrand at an event held at Venue 16. With over 100 attendees, the support for the local community including Suffolk Constabulary, The Mayor and members of Ipswich Town Football Club.

Launch event

The night was hosted by Cancer Support Suffolk’s new CEO, Mark Murphy. Who told the story of the charity from it’s origins, to the decision to rebrand from Cancer Campaign in Suffolk to Cancer Support Suffolk and what the rebrand meant to them.

The Rebrand

The rebrand has brought a new lease of life to the charity, reflecting the welcoming nature of the brand. Originally a flower was used in the logo, this has been replaced with speech bubbles to reflect the two-way conversation they have with the community. This isn’t a company existing in the community, they are truly part of it.

Our Creative Director Be took to the stage to share this narrative with the audience, sharing the mission of being people focussed, and how this will make the charity look more approachable and enable them to help more people in the community.

To not only rebrand for the next phase of this incredible charity, but be there at the launch to explain the creative process to their audience, was the icing on the cake.
