Challenge

East Anglia is home to a world-class culinary landscape, boasting iconic names like Fairfields Farm Crisps, the master crafters at TEMPRD Chocolate, and the award-winning distillers at Edmunds Gin. These brands represent the gold standard of regional excellence.

However, even for the most successful founders, the path to growth can feel like a solo journey. There was a missed opportunity for these brilliant minds to gather, celebrate their shared heritage, and tackle the unique hurdles of the food and drink industry as a united front.

Goal

The mission was to launch FEAST: a vibrant networking hub designed to champion the region's incredible talent. The primary goals were: To unite the best of East Anglia: Creating a space where established powerhouses and emerging makers feel equally valued. To foster "Radical Approachability": Building a brand that is grounded, fun, and entirely inclusive. To provide genuine value: Moving beyond small talk to host guided workshops that address the real-world goals and routines of food and drink entrepreneurs.

The impact

The response from the East Anglian food and drink community was overwhelming.

A Sold-Out Debut: The first Round Table event sold out instantly, reflecting the massive desire for a community that puts authenticity first.

Strengthened Regional Ties: Industry leaders like Fairfields Farm and Edmunds Gin were able to connect with new peers, reinforcing a “rising tide lifts all boats” mentality across the county.

A Proven Concept: FEAST successfully established itself as the go-to “inclusive club,” where the biggest names in the region come to support, learn, and grow alongside one another in an environment that is as fun as it is productive.

The approach

We designed FEAST to be the "heart of the home" for the local industry.

Warm Brand Positioning: We leaned away from “corporate” and toward “communal.” The brand voice was crafted to be as inviting as a Sunday lunch—honest, energetic, and completely unpretentious.

Interactive Frameworks: Rather than a standard “pitch-and-mingle,” we introduced guided conversations. This allowed brand owners to skip the pleasantries and dive into the meat of their common struggles and successes.

The Round Table Launch: We launched with a flagship Round Table event, specifically designed to spark intimacy and high-level collaboration between diverse brands, from bean-to-bar chocolate makers to large-scale potato farmers.
